After exchanging a few emails with the folks at redbox I offered to help them fix their problem if their own technical staff wasn&#039;t capable (for a fee of course).  The next email I received from them indicated that they had removed my email address from the other gentleman&#039;s account.  Sometimes being a little abrasive can help.</description>
