Tracking Hours at the Gym

I’ve been tracking the time I’m spending at the gym on a spreadsheet.  It helps me keep track of whether or not I’m cheating myself and should give me a gauge on how hard I’m going to have to work out if I decide to enter any more tournaments in the future.  Since I started tracking it on May 2nd I’ve been in the gym an average of just over two hours a day.  That may actually be increasing here in June.
